My Pilates practice is rooted in the BASI method, focusing on a scientific, results-driven approach to movement. My goal isn't just to help you exercise, it’s to help you rediscover your body's potential. We focus on building a resilient core, improving postural alignment, and creating functional strength that carries over into your daily life, whether that’s playing with grandkids or hitting a personal best in the gym.

GROUP CLASSES

Join a supportive environment where we move with intention. My group classes utilise a variety of floor-based and prop-assisted exercises to challenge your stability and flexibility.

Each session is structured to ensure you get a full-body workout while receiving cues to keep your form precise.

ONE-TO-ONE CLASSES

If you have specific goals or are managing pain, private sessions offer the ultimate bespoke experience. I design these sessions entirely around your body’s needs, be it post-pregnancy recovery, managing menopause-related changes, or rehabilitating back and neck pain.

My focus: Personalised cues, deeper progression, and 100% of my attention.

I don’t believe in "one size fits all." Because I am both a BASI-trained Pilates instructor and a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, I understand the body from the inside out. I can see where your movement is restricted and know exactly how to use both exercise and manual therapy to fix it. This holistic "detective work" ensures you aren't just moving—you’re healing.

I am based in Chester and my group classes are held around Chester & Mid Cheshire, the Wirral and North Wales.

Upon request I also provide convenient home-visit for one-to-one classes
